This policy explains what personal information Deliberate Monkey LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, deliberatemonkey.com, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your details to any third party.
We use what you send us only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to discuss and deliver the project. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Your information is stored by the service providers we need to run the business: our website host (Hostinger) and our email provider. They process it on our behalf and only to provide their service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless they become part of a client project, in which case we keep them as long as our business and legal records require.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@deliberatemonkey.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or a US state with its own privacy law, you have these rights under that law as well, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
We are a US company. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
